Refund & Return Policy – Biblioway
At Biblioway, we want our customers to feel safe and comfortable when buying books from us.
Please read this policy before ordering.
Returns
You can return a book within 14 days after you receive it.
The book must be unused, unread, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Free Return Shipping (Important Rule)
You do not have to pay return shipping only if:
You contact Biblioway on the same day you receive the package or the next day, and
You give the return package to the post office no later than the next day
If the book is not posted by the next day, the customer must pay the return shipping fee.
Customer Pays Return Shipping
If you contact us later than the next day, or
If you do not send the package back on time
→ You must pay the return shipping cost, unless the book is damaged or wrong.
Damaged or Wrong Books
If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.
Please send clear photos of the problem.

Biblioway will pay return shipping
You will receive a replacement or full refund
No Returns for These Items
We do not accept returns for:

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
