Return Policy (Ontario/Canada Friendly, Updated for Local Pickup)

Your satisfaction is important. If something is not right with your order, We are here to help.

Returns Accepted (within 14 days of delivery or local pickup):
You may return an item within 14 days if:

• The item is not as described

• The wrong item was given or shipped

• The item arrives damaged or is unplayable (for DVDs/CDs)

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be in the same condition as received.

• Sealed DVDs/CDs must remain unopened unless defective.

• For local pickup customers, please bring the item back during the arranged return appointment.

• Contact us first with your order number and a short explanation.

Return Shipping/Return Method:

• If the mistake is on my side (wrong item, incorrect description, defective item), I cover return shipping or accept the return in person.

• If the buyer changes their mind, the buyer covers return shipping or returns the item in person.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after the item is received and checked.
