Biblioway Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Biblioway! We strive to get your media to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Processing Times

Physical Items (Books, DVDs, Photos): All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Digital Items (E-books): Digital content is delivered via email or your customer dashboard immediately after payment is confirmed. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your download link.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping: (5–10 business days) - Ideal for non-urgent book orders.

Priority Shipping: (2–4 business days) - Recommended for fragile items or photos.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 days). Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes incurred.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damaged Packaging & Shipping Risk
Biblioway is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, we want you to be happy:

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Take clear photos of the outer box and the item. This is required for us to assist you in a claim against the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. Biblioway is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an item is "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
