Terms of service
Right to Refuse Service & Abuse of Policy
1. Right of Refusal: Biblioway reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where we suspect a customer is engaging in fraudulent activity, "wardrobing" (purchasing items to use/read briefly and then return), or making false claims regarding the condition of received goods.
2. Monitoring of Return Activity: To maintain fair pricing for all customers, we monitor return frequency and patterns. If a customer’s return history is deemed excessive or inconsistent with a good-faith shopping experience, Biblioway reserves the right to:
-
Flag the account for manual review.
-
Issue a warning regarding future return eligibility.
-
Decline any future return or refund requests from that individual or household.
3. Account Suspension: If we determine, in our sole judgment, that our return system is being abused (e.g., repeated claims of "item not as described" that are found to be inaccurate upon inspection), we may permanently deactivate the associated account and block the user from making future purchases.
4. Finality of Decisions: Decisions made by the Biblioway Quality Control team regarding the condition of returned items and eligibility for refunds are final. By purchasing from Biblioway, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
