Condition

Condition: Very Good.
Crisp, clean interior pages with no writing, tears, or staining visible in the provided images. Binding appears tight and square. The only notable flaw is on the front cover, where a previous owner wrote a small word or name and later obscured it using a dark marker. The text is no longer legible. This mark does not affect the readability of the title or any interior content. Overall, a well-preserved and uncommon 1977 local‑history publication.
